To provide the best experience for all clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. * Cancellations or appointment changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be subject to a fee equal to 30% of the total scheduled service cost. * This fee will be automatically charged to the card on file. * Missed appointments without notice (“No-Shows”) will also be subject to the 100% charge. * By booking an appointment with Harmony Touch LLC, you acknowledge and agree to this cancellation policy.
